Michael Alan Wood, 61, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, in Tuleta, Bee County, Texas.

Michael was born March 16, 1961 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Kenneth Wood Sr. and Marjorie (Bass) Wood. He liked the Green Bay Packers and took care of a good friend, Sam Garcia, for numerous years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wood Sr.; his mother, Marjorie Wood; brothers, Richard Wood and Kenneth Wood Jr.; a sister, Barbara Wood; and a son, Michael Wood.

Left behind to cherish fond memories include Dwight Wood, Dorothea Wood, Justin Beadle, Melissa Wells, Brandy Wood and Holly Wood.

A celebration of life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at the Dayton Community Center in Dayton, Iowa.
