Walter Wilburn

Walter "Tootie" Range Wilburn, 65, of Beeville, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, in Victoria.
Mr. Wilburn was born Dec. 21, 1952, to Dueward Virgil and Beverly Jean Wilburn in Beeville. He was a 1971 graduate of A.C. Jones High School and 1975 graduate of Sam Houston State in Huntsville. He was employed with the Texas Department of Corrections as a correctional officer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dueward and Beverly Wilburn.
Survivors include two sons, Alex Wilburn and T.J. (Allison) Wilburn, both of George West; three grandchildren; and a sister, Laurie Fluitt of Swinney Switch.
A private service will be held at a later date.
