Thomas Delbert Yeoman

Thomas Delbert Yeoman, 87, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Hacienda Oaks of Beeville.

Thomas was born November 15, 1937, in Beeville to Mildred (Romine) Yeoman and Albert Yeoman, Jr. He spent his life deeply rooted in his hometown. He earned an associate’s degree from Coastal Bend College, laying a foundation for a successful career with Enron Pipeline. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from July 1956 until June 1959. Tom married his sweetheart, Mildred E. Dial, in Beeville on November 12, 1960. Their union was a testament to their love and commitment, lasting through the years and producing a family that thrived under their guidance. He was a faithful member of Christian Worship Center since 1961 where he served as a Sunday school teacher for numerous years.

Tom found joy in hobbies such as hunting, carpentry, woodworking, golf, photography, bird watching and gardening. These passions were not only fulfilling for him but also allowed him to share meaningful moments with his family.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mildred Yeoman.

Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Mildred E. Yeoman; and his cherished sons, Michael (Karen) Yeoman and Mark Yeoman. He took great pride in being a grandfather to four grandsons, Matthew (Nikki) Yeoman, Taylor (Shelby) Yeoman, Aaron Yeoman and Dylan Yeoman, as well as a granddaughter, Micah Yeoman. The legacy of his family extends further with five great-grandsons, Damon, Kole, Jaxton, Hudson and Parker.

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12, followed by the funeral service at 11 o’clock at Christian Worship Center in Beeville with Rev. Daryl Dean Richey and Rev. Walter Gilbert officiating. Pianist and singer Cindy Richey will provide special selections.

Burial will follow in the San Domingo Cemetery in Normanna.

Pallbearers will be Michael Yeoman, Mark Yeoman, Matthew Yeoman, Taylor Yeoman, Aaron Yeoman and Dylan Yeoman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Herring, Kenneth Cypert, Freddy Martinez and Mike Mueller.
