Susan Burke

Susan Elaine Voss Burke of Bandera passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Kerrville. She was 67.
Ms. Burke was born Feb. 12, 1951, in Beeville, to Alfred Arnold and Barbara (Simpson) Voss. She attended school in Beeville and graduated from Premont High School. She worked in the cattle magazine publishing field in Kansas and Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara and Alfred A. Voss Sr.
Survivors include a son, Thomas Christopher Burke; two brothers, Al (Jan) Voss and Bobby (Debby) Voss; a sister, Brenda (Phillip) Parker; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, at Normanna Cemetery in Normanna, Texas.
Memorial donations may be made to Bandera County Helping Hand or the charity of one's choice.
