Sue Ximenez

Sue Ann (Whitmire) Ximenez, 67, of George West, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, at her residence.
Mrs. Ximenez was born to Claude and Billie Marie (Coan) Whitmire on July 13, 1951, in Sweetwater. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston State College in 1975. She retired from George West Independent School District in 2015 having taught there for 35 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Johnny Ray Ximenez of George West; a son, Nicholas Ximenez of George West; two sisters, Sharon Bland (Eudelio Villarreal) of San Diego and Jeanie (Dennis) Jackson of Rockport; and two nephews and one niece.
A memorial service will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Galloway & Sons chapel in George West.
