Oaklynn Quintanilla

Oaklynn Kay Quintanilla was born on August 28, 2026, at 1:06pm. She fought bravely for over two hours, before peacefully passing from her mom’s arms into the arms of Jesus, at 3:32pm. In those precious moments, she changed the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Though her time here was far too short, she showed an incredible strength that will never be forgotten.

Oaklynn leaves behind a family who will forever hold her in their hearts including her loving parents, Kendra Kaylen Cantu and Ray Travis Quintanilla Jr.; maternal grandfather, Benny (Erica) Cantu Sr.; maternal grandmother, Jessica (Brian) Kuehlem; paternal grandfather, Ray (Stella) Quintanilla Sr.; paternal grandmother, Raquel (Christopher) Whitenton; two sisters, and three bothers. She is also survived by several extended family members.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10 o’clock at the George West Cemetery with Pastor Pat Traxler officiating.

Pallbearer will be her uncle: Eli Cantu.

Honorary Pallbearers will be her siblings: Cristian, McKenleigh, Travis, Stassi, and Hayden.
