Michael Snyder

Michael Bryant Snyder passed away September 17, 2021 at the young age of 42. He leaves behind his wife, Paula S. Snyder; sons, Nathaniel Michael Bryant Snyder and Isaac Bryant Wayne Snyder; stepchildren, Travis Paugh and wife Julia, Tawana Ray and husband Johnny, and Apryl Lancaster and husband Joe.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Gerald Snyder; and uncle, David Long.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth A. Snyder of Elkins, West Virginia; two brothers, Benjamin D. Snyder and wife Michelle of Kingwood West Virginia, their children, Bailey, Braedyn, Gabe, Lance, Tristan, Zach and Jayce, and Timothy A. Snyder and wife Lesley of Belington West Virginia, their children, Sonya, Daniel, Shanon and Esther; and a sister, Jennifer R. Toney of Elkins West Virginia and child Brandon.

He also leaves behind his aunts and uncles on his dad’s side, Tommy and Becky Parks, Ronnie and Val Snyder, Gary and Bev Snyder and Terry and Pat Snyder and on his mother’s side, Gerald and Linda Long, Arie Long, Danny and Karen Long, Randy Long and Rebecca Hedrick. He also leaves behind several cousins.

Michael was a devout servant of the Lord, a wonderful husband to his wife, and a great father to his children. He loved to make video games and graduated from Coastal Bend College with an Associates in Computer Technology. He loved his family and everyone he met. If ever you needed a friend or needed words of encouragement, Michael was the one to go to. He loved to laugh and make others laugh and he was always willing to try to help where he could. He will be missed terribly by all who had the pleasure to know or meet him.
