Lorene Perkins

Lorene Perkins, 92, of Normanna, died Sunday, May 27, 2012. Mrs. Perkins was born March 29, 1920, in Bee County to August Charlie and Ollie (Roberts) Voss. She was a member of the Normanna Baptist Church and was a homemaker and enjoyed decorating cakes and crocheting. Survivors include a sister, Mary Pearce of Houston; two brothers, Marvin (Betty) Voss of Normanna and Alfred Voss of Medina; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation was held Monday, May 28, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel. The funeral service was conducted there Tuesday morning, May 29, at 11 o'clock.
