Lena Mae Freasier Haney

Lena Mae Freasier Haney, 91, of Beeville Texas, passed away Monday, September 7, 2026, at her residence.

She was born November 15, 1934, in Beeville, Texas to Willie Eugene and Mamie Oda (Wesson) Freasier. Lena married J.W. Stevens in Cadiz, Texas on December 10, 1950. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Beeville. Lena worked as a floral designer for Zimmers Floral and nursery. After the passing of her first husband, she later met and married Roy Haney in Beeville, Texas. Lena enjoyed playing the piano for her church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, J.W. Stevens; her second husband, Roy Haney; her sons, Gary Allen Stevens and Randall Scott Stevens; her siblings, Kenneth Freasier and Mabel Sciba.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamela (Randle Jr.) Miller; her grandchildren, Joseph Penney, Jacob (Lashonda) Penney, Lenora (Ryan) Houston, Jeremy (Janae) Stevens, Jamie (Brian) Overstreet, and Justin Stevens; great-grandchildren, Storm, Cody, Charlene, Zachary, Dayn, Micah, Brycon, Lynnette, and Audrey.

A graveside service will be held at Beeville Memorial Park at 10 o’clock on Friday, September 11, 2026, with Pastor Andrew Medina officiating.
