Hazel Mcgee

Hazel Bast McGee, 89, of Mineral, Texas, died Sunday, October 7, 2018.
Hazel was born January 4, 1929 to C.W. "Bill" and Monica Rebonnie Bast at home in Bee County. She retired from Exxon in 1982. She was a member of the Red Hat Lady Society and volunteered at the Beeville Vineyard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Bonnie Bast; her husband, Dennis McGee Jr.; and two sisters, Aleene Smith and Helen Bast.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Tom) Humphrey of Corpus Christi; a son, Michael McGee of Corpus Christi; a nephew, Van (Sandra) Smith of Victoria; a great-niece, Monica Smith; and a great-nephew, Trevor Smith.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Beeville.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 13, at the Mineral Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be MichaeWl McGee, Tom Humphrey, Dale DuBose, Francis Wagner, Santos Cardona and Manuel Flores.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Beeville Vineyard.
