Hazel Kirby

Hazel Cynthia "Cyndi" Kirby, 74, passed away on June 23, 2015. She was born January 4, 1941, in Boston Massachusetts to Henry C. and Dorothy (Stoddards) Tiews. She was a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church and a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post #1890. She traveled Europe and the Far East before coming home to Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Elise (James) Allen of Austin, Texas; brother, Peter S. Tiews of New Hamphire; two granddaughters, Amanda Allen and Hailey (Matt) Sadlo both of Austin, Texas; three nieces, Katherine (Thomas) Cauley and Deborah Tiews of New Hamphire, and Jennifer Buiniskis of New York; one nephew, Joseph (Lesley) Morey of New York; numerous grandnephews and grandnieces; friends and her beloved breakfast club. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel with Father Clayton Elder officiating.
