Georgine (Fay) Frederick

Georgine (Fay) Frederick, 95, passed away on March 7, 2025, at the Live Oak Nursing Center in George West, Texas where she was currently residing.

Georgine was born December 17, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan, to Fred and Elvira Ruth (Wiess) Fay. She was a proud high school graduate and lived a long and fulfilling life, characterized by her dedication to her family and her role as a beloved mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Elvira Fay; and her husband, Robert Lewis Frederick.

Survivors include her six children, Johnny Lee Frederick, Nancy Ann Tipton, Robert Allen Frederick, Herbert Jackson Frederick, Fred William Frederick and Mary Bernice; and a brother, Fred Fay.

Georgine’s legacy continues through her grandchildren, who remember her fondly and with deep affection.

An inurnment ceremony will be held at 1:15 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2025, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
