Eva Tullis

Eva Elizabeth Tullis, 88, passed away February 2, 2016. She was born on August 20, 1927 in George West, Texas to Hudson and Dora (Coquat) Coker. She was a graduate of Texas A&I University. Eva married Luther "Bill" Tullis in Three Rivers. She was a member of Church of Christ and was retired from Dockery Insurance as well as several other businesses in Three Rivers. She is survived by her husband, Luther "Bill" Tullis; daughter, Mary Tullis of Three Rivers; son, Carey and wife Betty Tullis of Three Rivers; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Sue McClendon of Ray Point and Dorothy Baker of San Antonio. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Three Rivers. Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Church of Christ in Three Rivers. Interment will follow in Three Rivers Cemetery.
