Eddy Blankenship

Eddy "E.D." Blankenship, 66, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019, at his home in Beeville, Texas, surrounded by his wife and family.
He was born March 25, 1952, to Cicero J. and Sarah Helen (Pledge) Blankenship in Poteet, Texas. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy.
Ed is survived by his wife, Jean; their daughter, Jaime; son-in-law, Haskell Lutke; his brother, Alan Blankenship; and two sisters, Darlene Walser and Carol Bridger.
He was preceded in death by his son, Brian; and his parents, Helen and Smokey Blankenship.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore, Texas.
