Christobal "Chris" G. Garcia

Christobal “Chris” G. Garcia, 70, of San Antonio, Texas passed away December 23, 2025, in a San Antonio hospital.

Chris was born October 12, 1955, in Beeville to Louis P. Garcia and Isabel (Gonzales) Garcia. He attended Our Lady of Victory Catholic School and A.C. Jones High School. He was employed at the two local movie theaters, The Rio and Rialto, as a projectionist. Later in his professional life, he became a truck driver, exemplifying his hardworking nature and determination.

One of Chris's passions was his commitment to his faith and service. He faithfully served as an usher at Sunday Mass, bringing a warm presence to the congregation. Additionally, he dedicated time to serve meals for the homeless, reflecting his compassionate heart and desire to help those in need. He also enjoyed watching the show "Walker Texas Ranger," which brought him joy and entertainment.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents and a sister, Maria Isabel Pearson.

Left behind to cherish fond memories include his sister, Teresa (Jesse) Sanchez of San Antonio; and several nieces and nephews.
