Celia Copeland

Celia Kay Copeland, 65, of Skidmore, died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016. Ms. Copeland was born Jan. 14, 1951, in Beeville to Ida Belle Hill and Joe Lindo Copeland. She was a Baptist and a beautician at Barb's Beauty Shop. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include two brothers, Joe B. Copeland and R.L. Copeland, both of Skidmore; a sister, June Alice Copeland of Madisonville; a nephew, Ethan Thomas Copeland; and a niece, Charlsie Nichols. A graveside service will be held Friday, Aug. 19, at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore.
