Carolyn Jean (Foster) Curby

Carolyn Jean (Foster) Curby of Beeville, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the age of 82

Carolyn was born October 27, 1942, in Laredo, Texas to Richard Thomas Foster and Molly Beatrice (Wilson) Foster. She married Homer Curby Jr. on July 8, 1961 in Reynosa, Mexico. She enjoyed reading and crafts and loved going to her fishing cabin on the lake. She was employed for numerous years as a cashier at Elder’s Country Market.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two brothers, Harold Foster and Tom Foster Jr.

Survivors include her two sons, Tommy (Norma) Curby of Mississippi and Randy (Melissa) Curby of Seguin; one grandson, Brandon (Jessica) Curby; two great-granddaughters, Cheyenne Curby and Savannah Curby; and a sister-in-law, Janice Chesnutt.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
