Carol Scarberry

Mrs. Scarberry was born Nov. 27, 1942, in New Hampshire to Ida (Gammon) and Walter Frank. She married William D. Scarberry in Beeville on July 12, 1975, and was a homemaker and a retired cook. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; a step-son, Douglas Allen Scarberry; and a step-grandson, Michael Anthony Scarberry. Survivors include her husband, William D. Scarberry; a son, James Earl Lockhart Sr.; three step-sons, David Michael Scarberry, Steven Dewayne Scarberry,and Eric Nolan Scarberry; a brother, Butch of Louisiana; two sisters, Nancy of Florida and Katherine of New Hampshire; one sister; one grandson, James Earl Lockhart Jr.; three granddaughters, Keely Lockhart, Kree Lockhart, and Ylora Posada; two step-grandsons, Bill Scarberry and Stevie Scarberry; and one step-granddaughter, Amy. A private family service will be held.
